In today’s job market, many employees are deciding to leave their jobs for reasons that, on the surface, might seem trivial. While we all appreciate a work environment that caters to our needs, we must ask ourselves: are these employees truly evaluating the bigger picture? It’s not uncommon to hear of talented individuals resigning from positions that offer good pay and solid benefits over relatively minor issues. Whether it’s a disagreement with a colleague/ Manager, an unexpected policy change, etc, the tendency to jump ship can be alarming.
